SHY 7G
Hi All I have a RRC rolling chassis and unfortunately for me my rear axle went walkabouts after I took it. The replacement axle I've fitted does not have the brackets on it to hang the anti-roll bar, do I need this rear bar or can I do away with it? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. stuck
I guess it will depend on what suspension set up you have. I ran a RRC without ARB's for two years, no problems. HTH Mick.

SteveRK
The rear anti-roll bar on mine is pathetically skinny, however the front ARB is much more substantial in diameter so i would suspect that most body roll control is maintained by the front ARB? stuck
^^^ as above, if you have decent suspension the ARB's can be removed with no Ill effects.
Range Rover Blues
RRC handled well for years without it but as they got more powerful and faster the handling needed to keep up with other cars around them. It's true that the front AB does most fo the work, aong with the radius arm bushes, but the back ARB is designed to maintain the balance of handling in the car, it may understeer more without it. At the ned of the day it's partly personal choice, though it's also a mod you should tell the insurer about.
Escape
Really depends on what you're planning to use the RRC for. If it's mainly a weekend car, for greenlaning and other offroad use and/or you have a gentle driving style, there's really no need for the anti-roll bar. In fact, you'll gain a bit of articulation without it. On the other hand, if it's a daily driver, you like trowing it around corners or you plan on fitting a roofrack with tent and driving it to Russia, you'll appreciate the reduced bodyroll. elbekko
I'd fit it, really helps with stability I've found.
Range Rover Blues
I'd agree there, I have 2 fitted to Blue and the LSE has a damned thick rear ARB, as thick as the front one.
