yedaiwi
Hi Guys, I've started stripping down my s3 109 sw to the bones for restoration. I've done most of the work but I'm stuck with the b-pillars. There's a bolt holding the front leg of the b-pillar to the bulkhead (picture attached). I've tried unbolting it but the outrigger is in the way. It's a very tight spot where no tool can fit. I tried to cut it with an angle grinder but that won't fit either. How can I remove this @#%$&* bolt?
Gremlin
Usually a long reach 3/8 socket with an extention trough the channel with a ring spanner trough the bulkhead bottom works for me. I usually keep tightening the buggers till they snap, as its easier to remove then unscrewing rust! G
ejparrott
Lift the bulkhead and cills all together if you're stripping it completely.

G almost the same as a 110SW, I repaired my Sill channels last year, used a method to get at the bolts/nuts as described above ^^^^
