minimaquinas
hi guys i have a problem on local roads my 110 is great but on motorway when under load still good until i let off the accelarater and then it vibes and doesnt sound too great i think its the rear diff so what my question is the rear axle has disk brakes but i also have a spare axle with drum brakes is it possible to swap the brakes to disk and is a easy job any ideas thanks in advance brian
vulcan bomber
the bits are interchangable, however, the later disc brake axles have the calipers mounts in the casting.. The earlier disc axles have the caliper mount bolted on.

Snagger
I was about to say that the symptoms are typical prop shaft problems (usually worn UJs), but you seem to have already found that out!
Pinkrover
Ditto with Snagger Very typical UJ failed symptoms, just had the same on my 101 , a 3 legged UJ !
