RRC cv info

Good evening all,

can anyone please help?

I need to find the internal thread on the outer (splined end that passes through the drive member) part of a RRC 93 CV joint.

I have replaced the drive members but unable to re-fit the shims and circlip as the CV can not be pulled through the drive member, I think the thread is metric fine but can't be sure.

Thanks Ash

Or u could struggle and struggle and swear loudly failing to get the stub to pull out enough. Then take it apart again to realise the cv hadn't engaged into the back of the hub properly!!!

Obviously wasn't me!

Got some gauges Ross but it's an internal thread so a little tricky.

I am away again at the mo and unable to get to measure them and running out of time for summer sisters so thought i'd ask the question on here 1st.
