TD5 turbo. Oil in cold side outlet.

I ran up my TD5 earlier today to check the cooling system and recent exhaust manifold fix.

All that is fine. Feeling kinda pleased with everything I started to look around for other jobs that might need sorting whilst i'm in the engine bay.

Small oil leak from the rear of the crankcase cover seal. New seal should sort that I expect.

Then I noticed that the coolant pipe from the water pump had a fine splattering of oil, and where was it coming from but the turbo :(

I'm running with the turbo on the manifold but no other pipework fitted. At 2500+ rpm the cold side outlet is throwing oil out.

I've thoroughly cleaned the intake and outlet and then ran it up again to check that it's new oil and not old residue from the breather etc, and it's definitely new oil :( :(

I'm guessing it's a fubar seal? DIY fixable?
