Big.Mike
Hi everyone, Does anyone know the thickness of the floor panel on a 110 csw load area? Cheers, Mike
CwazyWabbit
Not quite what you were asking but YRM do a replacement one in either 2mm or 3mm thick. http://www.yrmlandrover.com/epages/BT3575.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/BT3575/Products/145/SubProducts/145-0001
ejparrott
I think the originals are the 2mm
Orgasmic Farmer
I replaced mine with a sheet of 2mm, cut to size by my local sheet metal supplier. I used sikaflex to glue 2cm channel underneath to replace the eroded strengtheners (though I lefts the ends on and pushed the channel up inside them). The steel cross braces I had shot blasted and then galvenised. Most of them were fine and the couple with a few holes were still structurally sound enough to reuse. JeffR
Having done this recently, 2mm was the thickness.
Snagger
1.3mm is standard. I made one of 3mm hardened marine grade alloy; no more dents or buckling!

I was going to fit some unwin tracking and mount minibus seats to the load area... Some large spreaders might need to be made...

JeffR
Didn't you do it twice Jeff? Actually it's four times now! But we don't want to talk about that at the mo........Will not be doing again as the bar steward is screwed, glued, riveted, bonded and is stronger that a strong thing.
