  1. I'm staying well out of this one.
  2. Basically select the background using the selction tool, and cut it. However your tool (ooh err) can have different settings - and to keep the transparecy you'll need to save the file as a PS, or EPS file ideally. You can GIF it too but I wouldn't reccommend it. If it's not top secret pass the file on to me and I'll see what I can do. N.
  3. Guy had a flat this morning when we got to site and he asked me to sort it. Not wanting to get wet - I did what all construction management do - and deligated... Forklift driver and labourer were only to happy to oblige. B)
  4. James, Take a couple of UJ's. If I don't see you before - have fun. N
  5. I can see Guy and Jules wanting me to use these pics at work - in a "we told you so" kinda way
  6. Done - Mac was just having a paddy. Me likes :D
  7. Nige, that link don't work for me And as for "wooo wooo" on public hi-way - goes without saying, only use it for shows... honest officer N.
  8. Living near the Uni in Portsmouth, I got fed up of stoodents dawdlin in front of me at juctions with thier epads in their ears, so I got myself a police siren from these people a couple of years back http://www.emergencyequipmentshop.co.uk/si...e7ead87ee1a7e27 and fitted the horn on the front of the roofrack, it's really funny watching a gaggle of 'em jump and scatter. but I've just noticed they now do a 200Watt version... They've also now started advertising in the Landy mags after the interest the got on the London to Brighton run last year.
  9. I would say "that's QS's for ya" but I know 2 QS's that have several Landys each - so Chris needs to get his act together, before the end of the job preferably
  10. I'm surprised you haven't offered to hire him one Jules Maybe Guy can sort him out.
  11. Kermit will always be an ongoing project - thenagain, I said that about Zebedee 'till I rolled it
  12. So am I... ...only it's got a Camel Discovery attached!
  13. Les - I had a similar problem on my 90, turned out to be a dry solder joint in the spider box. N.

  15. I have an ex eleccy board 110 with H14 fitted - there's a cut off switch on the bonnet that only comes into play once the PTO is engaged (stops the drunken stoodents stalling my start to the day) - I do know there's a switch, bit like a series handbrake type, that the PTO lever pushes against once engaged, this lights a warning light and very loud buzzer (now unplugged!), I presume it also does something to the fuel cut off circuit. I think I have a wiring diagram lying around somewhere, will try and dig it out. N.

  17. I didn't have second thoughts... think I may have blown my chances with Balfour though
  18. Anything "spare" on our site gets liberated - just ask Jules
