cracking day, thank you neil and the rest of the team who actually still put all the effort in to run this event only for 7 cars to enter ! was an early finish for me and saley due to a broken cv joint but i believe this will be rectified soon. i was only a few minutes away from leaving the site until me and saley discovered that barry had managed to nip waynes ankle which ended waynes day, so i got asked to replace him. all i can say is, what an experiance ! was gutted to put him in his roof as i shouldnt of let him lower down the hill as i dont trust ground anchors. true to form it pulled out which resulted in a nasty roll, the car and barry was fine so we recovered the truck and carried on. see you at the next round where my motor should then be built dan

Explains all then G Matt, the real reason boothy is because he cannot lean off the fueling any more on megasquirt so he needs to strip the engine to remove a few pistons He already has a good ms map for 7 cylinders that he spent all year fine tuning ! Yes before you say it my td4 is absolutely fine and has now given birth to another cylinder, now turning it into an adult :-)

Im getting their slowely, its still scabbed up in places but dropped off in others. Matf i might not have a truck built for round one now Ive had a major set back due to an angry 9 inch grinder attacking me resulting in 30 stitches from my bottom lip right the way down to my neck Hopefully i will recover soon enough and can jump back onto the truck pronto ! Dan

the problem is with 90's the rear prop is short std already I moved my td5 auto back 2 inches and that had a massive effect on the yokes of the prop I did have 15" travel shocks on which gave massive droop but took the prop to the max working angle ( 30 degree yokes long slip ) So just pay attention to how short you actually go

Why not ? Aslong as you start it up first without the outlet hose on, give it a quick rev to clear any remaining liquids then refit the pipe it'll be fine Ive used this method for years

I dont no the speed rating of them but i s*** myself when i took my comp truck for a blast up the lanes with boggers on They really didnt handle like the simex did at speed, they were great fun ! Its what ever floats your boat tyre wise, but since ive had boggers i wouldnt use anything else now Dan
