    hi has anybody ever come across a certificate of conformity for a snorkel because here in spain you need 1 so that you can have a snorkel or a bar or fog lamps etc and i dont have 1 so if any 1 knows where i can get 1 please let me know as i can get my 110 mot d without it thanks in advance brian

    hi try cleaning and oiling the lock and solenoid that normally fixes them hth brian

    it hit a big rock, i bought it like that, it did a lot of damage it ripped the radius arm mount off

    hi try clamping your flexy pipes in turn and it will show where the problem lies hth brian

    hi why not try 1 of your local mobile mechanics they may have the computer software

    hi yes i converted it 2 years ago from a td and i used the original gearbox mounts but changed the engine mounts it had a lt77 box and i used the original rear prop with the same distance on the slider i am at a loss lol

    also on the 1 i took off it was marked from a breakers yard as been from a discovery

    the prop i took off was about half extended on the slider and the 1 from my old 1 was fully closed

    i have just bought a 1994 110 300tdi with a R380 gearbox i also have a 1989 110 with the same engine and box today i was going to swap the front propshaft but it was nearly 2 inches longer on the 89 any ideas also i am breaking the 89 county if any 1 needs any parts thanks in advance cheers brian

    i have had the same problem it only took a bit of cleaning and a good oiling and it fixed the problem

    it looks like a lot of work to me just to have rear disc brakes

    yes it will work on brass i fixed my 110 fuel tank drain plug the other week and it is still good

    hi reb try a bit of chemy metal i swear by the stuff my discovery front pulley was held on with it for three years cheers brian

    hi is your air and filters clean as that will cause smoke

    hi the wife has a diesel polo which always seems to have a flat battery so i baught a 12 volt solar panel that plugs into the lighter socket and sits on the dashboard and keeps the battery topped up when the car is not in use it was a tenner off ebay and works in all weather brian
