  1. Hi, We have a 1996 4.0L range rover and the air con on the drivers side is stuck on hot, the passenger side seems ok, its like the up and down button isnot working although the figure changes any ideas ? Rob

  11. I always change from high to low at very low speed maybe 2-3 mph by double de-cluching and into second gear low box. and also I double de-cluch changing up mine used to jump out occasionally but doing this it never done it since

  13. Thanks for that, they will get my money I felt a bit uneasy letting the AA cover us to be honest, i no if there is a problem i gonna have to spent a lot of time and money arguing over the phone

We are of for a fun filled 10 days in the Pyrenees and as an AA member I have just had a quote of £64 for the duration, the other year after returning from the south of France and 2000 miles my exhaust fell off on the M25 it took 14 hrs and 3 AA trucks to get us home, I keep meaning to cancel but keep forgetting Anyway are these the people you refer to Kieth? europ assitance

  17. well im a bit lost for words really i copied the above post and put it up on the GLASS forum and you know i got one reply which read as follows:- it seems they are more concerned with posting comments about photos of people driving through puddles rather quickly, I mean when i first read the post i thought what a good idea, ok we will never win back our lanes but at the very least we could gain some evidence about the state of the routes, but when even the Green Lane Association are not interested???? It must be a relay s**t idea lets hope crag show a little interest
  18. anytime for me. I know some great lanes around the lakes also, Grizdale forest little langdale Cartmel fell or even Kirby Stephen way there all plotted on Memory Map for ease

  20. weld a bit of dia bar onto the harbour, ive etended one (19mm hole saw) buy over 200 mm for driling box beam crash barrier
