  1. I'd personally use my reciprocating air saw but id clamp the pieace down to the desk firmly so their isnt any rattle which will only cost u more time squaring the edge up

Hey all this is my first project and landrover allways fancied showing my skills off and making a off roader anyway so far ive done the rear bushes , rear new disks and pads rear shocks , new fuel tank and the chassis wire brushes and waxoyl'ed still to do is the front bushes , disks and pads new diff cover , shocks , front steering guard fuel tank guard , x brake and then am going to move onto upgrades
  8. i cant select 5th witht eh gear lever removed using a 1/2 " extension in it , ill work it out just am doing bit by bit after work so am just trying to save a little time

  10. i cant even feel 5th gear with that adjust screw fully out and my gear lever springs 1 to 2 unlike most are 3 to4
  11. hey as u might know ive got a new gearbox in my defender 110 lt77 and i get get the gearlinkage to get 5th gear , is theier any guides to set them up
  12. yea planing on using it for work and personal stuff it gives me enough room to put my topbox in and have every else in that i want , plus i need it we tend to tow large items about and go places really of road plus it a project to show of my own skills aswell

Hey all ! ive got myself a 110 defender am currently fixing and upgrading am new to land rover and was wonder if the 110 are any better or worst than the 90 i know your "rake over" is bigger is that the right term ? and how many people use them in extreme of roading? at the moment ive fitted a new gearbox , got new disks and pads all round new bushes allround , rear shocks new lh mirror , ive waxoyled the who chassis , got new brake lines their but i need to do the whole brake system on it , service the engine also then paint it and add the accessorys what u think so far thanks kiall and btw am 19 and work in fraser c robb in drymen scotland if anyone knows it
