  2. You would get away with a 2 inch lift, as long as you have a 1.4 xfer box the truck will be fine, not great to tow with but fine for normal driving, if its a 110 them these tyres look really good under it

  19. Here I think it need to be a bonded auto engineer, luckily for me a local guy is bonded and does insurance work.
  20. Thanks Tom however did that this morning and still have the vibration, so maybe the centre diff? I reckon I'll change the xfer box at this stage.
  21. Yep have gone the same route after modding the last truck which we also used for work, had no prob with the inspection and made insurance easy, also when challenged on a site by a H&S guy was able to supply a copy of the report which made life easy
  22. Thanks for the replies, as for the prop, this was replaced with another, Les, checked bearing feels fine, to elaborate on above we drained the oil from the xfer box and strained it , there was nothing showing, did the same for the rear diff and same result, I have replaced the rear diff also. I am thinking about changing the xfer box, K
  23. Has anyone had vibration caused by a bent rear output shaft in the transfer box? I have a niggling vibration in the truck, all usual suspects have been checked, changed etc and still got the vibration between 40 and 50 mph, if I remove rear prop vibration goes away, so was wondering if this output shaft could be the culprit?
