DiscoDino
Well, after 3 years of sourcing, building and assembly...we've tested the rig enough to do a good beat down...here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAEs6Ojo77cLots of great tech from Hardline...so hope you like it...now: need some stickier/skinner big tires! Cynic-al
I can see which bit is still Land Rover, it became obvious when the defender door didn't stay shut That's a serious bit of kit you've created Would it be worth trying the tyres with a bit less air in them? On some of the rocks they look a bit hard but then on others you can see the side walls start to crease so I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not? Yes, we started with 8psi, then 4psi, then 3psi, and we wanted to go lower but the gauge didn't go that low...Got me a 0.5psi increments gauge and receiving that next week...very fair observation you are 100% correct...also, despite the 3T weight, the tires seem to have too much floatation, may need some grooving... Soren Frimodt
Great to see it out running! I really liked that Land Rover touch as well ? please don't fix the striker ? The tyres will get softer from use, also keeping then out in the sun as much aw possible helps the ageing which makes them softer.
