Chicken Drumstick
I haven’t. But won’t that just make the steering feel heavier?

Not sure hence why I'm asking, had one on the Defender and it worked well but that had power steering my series is still on manual steering so don't know
Arjan
What do you need the damper for ? I think they were an option.... You getting kick back ? Â
Nonimouse
The return to centre isn't really a steering damper. It's more of costly gimmick

Arjan
If you find the steering heavy - start looking for problems. - tyres - tyre pressure - seized joints - Steering relay - Steeringbox To name a few.. Series are not too heavy in steering when moving - stationary it can be heavy
Gazzar
Castor angle should provide self centre. Â
