Spigot rings in this case are for the other way round. Putting D3 wheels onto a D2. I've not seen anything to go the other way but would be doable with a custom spacer. As above though, I'd be concerned about the weight of a D3. D2 MGW is 2880Kg, D3 MGW is about 3200kg from memory so depending on what axle weights the D2 wheels are rated for, they won't be high enough for a D3.
