Cornish Rattler
Hi guys My landy is a 1970 S2a so should have the Maltease cross grill but came fitted with an S3 grill and after i fully rebuilt my 2a i fitted a new S3 grill even though i'm not a big fan of having an S3 grill on an S2a but i just can't justify the £250 - £1,000 price tage and the worry of fitting it and having it stolen later so whilst on ebay i decided to buy one of these, what do you think Edited July 23, 2021 by Cornish Rattler
Anderzander
Is that the Rocky Mountain one ? it looks a little different to the one on their website: http://parabolicsprings.com/products.html it seems a shame that the worry of having a real one nicked is the reason not to get one 😞

Anderzander
NOS in the states : https://pangolin4x4.com/item/38 Another option may be - there is a guy who makes and repairs Series 1 grills, and I wonder if he could make you one up ? Wayne Smith he’s called.
smallfry
I dont like that at all. Looks bling. Could you not make "something like" out of galvanised weldmesh ?
Bowie69
As above, far too blingy for my tastes too, especially on a 2a. Wait for an original one to come up at a reasonable price and then bolt in place with security fittings if you are worried.
Wytze
Would not suite your nice 88, in my opinion. With some 3 mm rod's in steel or stainless you could braid a new one up. In steel it could be galved to after welding it up.
