LT230T info

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Defender Puma 110 2.4 Tdci 2010,                                                                                                                                                                                                                     since I have a problem with disengaging the central differential lock, and on the LT230T transfer it seems to me that there is no plug securing differential lock detent spring an ball, I wanted to know how to adjust the exact engagement and disengagement of the differential lock selector shaft ...

thank you

Giacomo

I would suggest the diff lock adjustment with box fitted is limited to the diff lock light switch. as the diff lock mechanism cannot be accessed with the box fitted to the vehicle. similar to previous versions. as the main gearbox stops access to some of the cover plate bolts.

Ciao Giacomo,

In this picture the plug for the detent ball should be just out of sight behind the brass connector here:

At least I think so from the diagram...

Cheers,

Simon
