After 5 years of....

Why did you get one of those?

No I'm not going to drive that silly LR thing home from the party....

It is so big compared to the Suzuki,

Today, at 08:47 Australian Eastern Standard Time,

The Wife drove the D110 for the first time

with me trying to stay calm, relaxed, supportive in the passenger seat.

Then, while I was at work - she drove the LR again - BY HERSELF - JUST FOR FUN!!!!!

Is this dangerous?

Wife needed a new car so I decided we should own a Range Rover.

Wife:"Oh no, they are too big, I won't be able to park it, I won't like it"

When the time came to move on,

Wife:"Oh but I like it, can we get another, don't sell it"

They don't know what they are missing till they try it.

Yes it is dangerous. She is showing the early symptoms of an incurable, life changing mental disease. Take her to a Psychologist immediately.

Bill.

thank God my other half only drives the 'fender under sufferance.

but she is a Dressage rider......

.

......and she can't quite see the perverse pleasure I get when parking the 'dirty, filthy, beat up 'fender amongst the Merc's, BMW's and Lexus's (Lexii ?) at the big dressage shows....

My wife's Rangie was mine, but she blagged it 'just until I can get another car I like' 8 years ago !!

I now get moaned at for moving the seat and mirrors when I have driven it :o

I did teach her how to change the oil and filters though, so that is at least one less job on my spiraling list.

you should all be gratefull that we let you play with your toys :D

its a little payback for the V8 parts in the dishwasher, oil rags in the washmachine, and shelfs that are still not attached to the walls after 8 months of having them.

Ah and we do look much better in your toys then you do :hysterical:

My wife drives the Disco during the week and the 90 at the weekend. She prefers the 90 over the disco but i am not going to leave the 90 in the sun all day , and get my paint ruined so use the disco for that

But she does not like the way people keep looking at here in the 90 . Keep telling here not to drive the only softop 90 Tdi in Australia around then :D

Fair comment ...

Look at your camels log book it was my car for 4/5 yrs but her name on the V5

Hmmm. I see a pattern developing. She has her name down on all the fun Land Rovers.

Still, if we split up, I get the dogs and the spanners.

...

Cheers

Blippie
