BigSi110
Found this from another forum... Difflock On-Line Store Closed It's a sad day when one of the good guys shuts up shop. Let's hope the products don't become orange....
BogMonster
Bit sad - only recently ordered some stuff from Difflock and no indication that there was an imminent demise. I hope the stuff I ordered was shipped!
Troddenmasses
Maybe it was just me, but I always found it a real bugger to order from. There seemed to be about 4 different 'shops' that I had to order from independantly. Sometimes I would ring them up to place an order - more often than not I just closed the window with frustration. A real shame - their products seemed to be very reasonable.

David Sparkes
They have kept the Ebay shop open. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Difflock4x4 Whoops, I spoke too soon. I saw the 5000 items, then looked more closely and saw it's a 'selected' list of 9, yes nine items. Could go either way, selling off the remaining stock bit by bit, or haven't yet built up the full list. The latter sounds unplanned, which isn't a way to run a business, and unlike the impression they give from their own site. I guess it's Wait and See. We regret to announce that this online store is now closed. All orders placed up to and including 12th September 2007 WILL be honoured and you should expect to receive your orders in the usual way. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order please EMAIL US quoting the order number from your confirmation receipt. Our EBAY STORE is still available." MRWOO
Any more news on why they have closed and whether or not they plant to re-open, I used to buy all my service items from them (a real shame)
expat69
Any more news on why they have closed and whether or not they plant to re-open, I used to buy all my service items from them (a real shame) There has been some change of direction in the management. Simon (one of the Difflock "manager/founder/whatever") is looking at re-opening it as soon as he can with the same name, same product (or more)... be patient...
