smo
My XD9000i (genuine landrover supplied model) is er, broken, the free spool was jammed solid and upon attempting to free it off it sheared. Is there anywhere in the UK that can obtain spare parts for Warn winches?

treebloke
I need to service my 8274 and 9000i, I got stuck a couple of times last year . Is it a DIY job or should I get a professional to do it.
SteveG
It's easy to service. If I can do it, anyone can smo, the part is $65 in US, and you won't get hit by duty as it's less than 7 ukp. If you can wait you can order from these guys in the US.. http://www.warnserviceparts.com/xd9000i.asp Cheers Steve
smo
Steve, thanks for that, im not in a hurry so will give it a go. Is there such a thing as a service manual for the 9000i??
ciderman
Smo ,Is it just the lever your after ? Im sure There is one kicking about in the garage somewhere , A mate had a lunched gearbox on his 9000i , I bought a s/h gearbox from PG and kept what was left from the old one . Bear wih me I will have a look . My garage is like steptoes yard at the moment .
smo
Yup, just the lever, if you've got one i would gladly cross your palm with siver for it (well ok, maybe not silver but you get the jist!)
