JimAttrill Posted April 7, 2008 Share Posted April 7, 2008 I don't really want to tiddle on your parade, but ONE GKN overdrive was imported to SA at great expense. After all their stories about it being 'fail safe', this one failed non-safe, ie. there was no drive. I believe the guy got his money back on return of the defective item. I can get the real story if you like as we service his LRs. I was thinking about getting one myself until this happened. I would still like one, except they are very expensive, even in the UK. ps. The forum has altered my word 'p1ss' to 'tiddle'. I don't really mind, but it does destroy the assonance of the two 'p' sounds.... Maybe it should alter it to 'piddle'?
