MogLite
I've got the first camping trip of the year next week. And I'm gonna use one of these for my water But its been sat in my garden for ages, and is probably harbouring lots of disease. How can I sterlise it so its safe to drink from ? Chlorine and iodine tablets I can get from the camping shop, I'm sure the wife has got some bleach and other cleaning stuff around the house. Many thanks

honitonhobbit
Piritabs or steritabs You can also get an equivalent from boots that is sued for sterilizing wine making kit Milton is just bleach in low concentrate form but is very good Pack of sterident tabs is very effective and huge fun - should be able to get a foaming jet about 6 feet out of the top

Many thanks Andy If you PM me your address I'll chuck a couple of tablets in the post. The ones we use at work. Designed for the job. Concentrated Chlorine is what you want.
