alfredenewman Posted September 18, 2008 Share Posted September 18, 2008 i was in libya in the late 60s when a certain col gaddafi had a a revolution and deposed king idris, we left loads of kit there mostly disabled ie run with no oil until it went bang. i was "stuck" for 3 months until we eventualy got out to cyprus .i wouldnt mind betting some of the motors are what we left behind.
