Dan88 Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 Last night i was driving my defnder to my gf's and the indicators were working fine, a little further and they started to play up... 1st they trailer signal on the dash illuminated when indicting.... (not normal) 2nd the indicators stopped flashing and just stayed on 3rd they started working but flashing very slowly 4th the stopped all together... on the way home this morning the worked slowly again for a little while and the stopped... i checked the fuse and all ok and ideas??? Retroanaconda Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 Mine did a similar thing on Sunday on the way to Brick Kiln in the peeing rain. Water found it's way into the fusebox and the flasher relay got wet. Once it was dried out it was fine. western Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 trailer indicator icon should light once then go out when left or right indicator selected with NO trailer attached, with a trailer attached the icon should flash with the vehicle indicator light & it'll flash when Hazard lights are in use with or without a trailer attached.
