LinDens90XS
Can anyone help re quality and cost of above from Britpart and Terrafirma. Does the Britpart meet OEM spec or is it just a good copy? approx £100 difference in cost. I would like to order one for our 2003 90 TD5 but don't want to waste money on something that is not up to the job. Does any one else make them? Any help and advice very welcome. western
this one http://www.ppcages.com/?page_id=243 the genuine LR one is slightly different around the tow hitch area, flat plate instead of to side plates. http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=15328

I confess I removed the OEM one from my last TD5 a few years ago as I got fed up bashing my shins on it when putting stuff in or out the back door. LinDens90XS
Thanks for the replies, was hopeing to order before New Year but still not sure if the Britpart is a good bet or not. Pity no one works for them. Can't find info on the Britpart or Terrafirma site (only a picture). Did like the look of the PP one will send an e-mail for more info. Anyway Thanks for the feedback and can I wish everyone a peaceful Christmas and prosperous New year.
Mo Murphy
Britpart aren't universally known as Poopart for nothing. They have established an enviable reputation for parts that don't fit or fall apart at the lightest touch. HTH Mo
