JeffR
What is involved with fitting these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LAND-ROVER-DISCOVERY-200-TDI-INJECTOR-NOZZLES-SET-OF-4-/271365585186?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f2ea63922 Do you simply unscrew the the old ones, or are there fiddly bits that drop out..... Phil Hancock
You could just unscrew the cap nut that holds the nozzle to the body but what about the cleaning and then checking the pressures, the nozzles are 2 stage opening.
steve200TDi
if you unscrew the nut, lots of tiny bits will fall out, so do it slowly and take a picture or three. But firstly, why are you changing the nozzles? Do you have smoke issues? Down on power?........ Firstly you can pressure check them or POT test them. All good diesel injector service centres can do this. The one by me checked them all for free! So its worth asking! Steve

ejparrott
There's a couple of threads on the internet specifically about doint LR injectors. An ultrasonic cleaner features in most of them.
