Either my door locks or ignition have been changed at some time. on my last disco 1key fitted all. does that mean you cant get in if the fob dies

Managed to get the bit out. off to a key cutters in the morning. hopefully all sorted Wont be letting him use it again.

Morning all Is there any links on here (had a quick search)on how to change a p38.4.6 cam/crank seals, Basically it has an oil leak which looks like it from behind the water pump, I have a replacement water pump as that is also leaking but would like to change the seal while its apart. Thanks Nick

Yep tried that and all ok take it there different to a normal rrc axle........ they spin a lot easier

Morning all, Quick question (hopefully) We have a p38 and theres a loud rumbling noise from the front axle which you can also feel thru the floor, originally we thought it was a wheel bearing but after jacking it up and checking for any wobble etc is doesnt seem to be a wheel bearing, we did notice that you cant spin the front wheels tho.. Is this normal?...........could it be the viscous units bugger3d in the T box which is winding up the transmission and causing the rumbling. Thanks for any info Nick

I know what you mean, but if you snap a diff/shaft etc you dont go anywhere til u lock it only having one end turn winds the gearbox up

They probably arent insured if they explode your gearbox just easier to say no to start with.
