I don't have a Squirted truck at the moment, but thanks to Off Road Toad I will have shortly. I wouldn't say I was PC ileterate ( or even PC ) but I do consider DOS to be the best OS yet

Hmm, Wasn't aware of this... So my tyres will have to be quieter than the youth from next door's two stroke?! I swear I'll accidentally reverse over it one day! -
Cheers Ralph, I'm looking at doing a deal with Bogmonster who has a 4.6 mated to a R380, can I assume that this engine will mate up with my TD5 box then? Mick.

Gent's, I get very confused about all the different gearbox codes Can anybody tell me what a R380 was originaly fitted to and if it will fit a TD5 please? Cheers, Mick

Hmm, You want rid of a 4.6 to fit a Diesel, I want rid of a TD5 with VGT to fit a 4.6... Which one of us is mad?

Hi Mark, Not sure if this helps but mine leaked from a failed water pump o-ring, changed the pump whilst I was "in there" as it's a bit of a pig to do as you have to remove the centrifuge. HTH's, Mick.

Cheers Ralph but I still can't find the part number for the part I'm looking for, It's the UJ that the bolts identified as number 8 in the drawing screw in to, am I being completely thick?

Gent's, Any chance of the part number for the upper UJ on the lower steering column? (I can't find it on Microcat) If it makes any difference it's a 1999 / 2000 TD5. Thanks, Mick.
