Update: The steering pump is dead! when engine is running and the steering turned on to either lock the pump stops turning causung the rattling noise. new one being collected tomorrow... normal service will soon be resumed.

Mark did you catch the adlusting screws properly with the lamp holder? there is a groove under the screw head for the holder. this holds it tight and allows adjustment.

set and when I turned it off it still goes back to the one that was there previously. Les any ideas? even if I delete the old home location when I turn off/on it goes back there as a home location

how do you change the home address and make the PDA remember the change? mine keeps going back to the one set previously when switched off and on again

Found via google: Is it possible to turn off the screen saver. When my Ipaq is plugged in in the car after 5-6 min the screen saver comes on. Its not cming on when I use battery power. nothing in there plus if you change your home location in tom tom how do you make it remember the change? everytime I turn it back on it goes back to the previous one set

anyone know how to stop it going into what appears to be screensaver when I'm driving using TT or MM after afew minutes it shows the time and calender with pics from its memory I can't find anything obvious to turn this feature off
