  3. No, i have a heavy Mazda 35slt. With a 75 amp altenator. A 12 volt vacuum pump could work aswell, i think
  4. On mine there are allso disc's all round. Vented front's , braided hoses, and the single large booster, mintex pad's all round and a vacuupump on the altenator. She can lock all wheel's on 35's. She's about 2600kg all packed up. And i trust my brakes.

  9. I know what you mean. The reason, that i allway's take the hard way of fabricating something.. Like Stephen does. It seems as if there is less and less knowhow at companies that should know what they are doing... And if it's not right, they just point a finger

  13. Stubborn is good.. I like that๐Ÿ˜ In MDF, you can tinker with it.. till your spot on, cast a slab, mill that flat and to thickness. And drill, hacksaw, sand , needle thread away๐Ÿ˜‚
  14. Make one up in mdf, and have that waterjetted? I mean.. when casted it still needs a lot of milling

  17. You're talking to the man who did cut up a set of very looong nose diff's , and they work๐Ÿ˜ So pulling apart a gearbox to shorten a input shaft.... Well.. poor gear box๐Ÿ˜‡
  18. Looks good that.. Nice colour on the bulkhead! I think i would cut a gasket from a thick gasket paper sheet.. And start from the rear tub when setting it all up
  19. On mine the big one, does fit. By shortening the pedalbox. Then the servo sit's lower
  20. Long and deep one's , it will fall away i guess, just like navigation system's .
  21. In my 109 there is one of those. Work's really well. What ever tyre size or final drive, it's correct, for allmost two year's now.
  22. Good to learn these thing's . Here , everything under 750 kg gross weight is without papers. Everything above that has it's own regristation.
  23. That are the wheel well's again? Can you just take it on the road, or does it need to be looked atand tested?
