  1. No, the bolt's are on the inside of the tyre. Keeping the loaded side of the tyre to keep air. 8 to 9 psi in a kart tyre.
  2. See it like this. The inside of the whee and tyre do not get lhe load that the outside gets. On a kart, they just use a few small bolt's to keep the bead on
  3. Just took the size of my rear one for you. Mine is a +2 inch Goodridge set for a 110. The back one 350 mm from mounting plate to mounting plate.
  4. On the late salisbury rear axle , that i have under the 109, there are early 110 solid front disk's
  5. Whahahajahahahahaha... How can you be proud of that? And think, after i painted it , it will look even better😁😁
  6. On my 109 i used all the 300 tdi stuff, brake wise. 110 front's 110 rear disk's and 300 tdi master on the big booster. The brake's work really well, and the bias is spot on.
  7. I think sid did that😁 Pushing down harder on it then it could take💪
  8. Nice sturdy bumper... Have fun over there.
  9. Pulled the shaft, and yes.. maybe i can pull the splines further
  10. Hopefully there is one on the other 4hp22 that is still at my mate. Or else i need to wait, i dislike waiting because of my own fault😬
  11. I can imagine... It all went smoothly. Made a gearbox mount for it, and the handbrake is altered to suit. High/low work's.. Oil went in smoothly.. And then this.. i will never forget this number😁
  12. Thank you sir😁 And... Damn... Why didn't i do my homework? 🙈
  13. Good day all, As i'm working on my 109, there is a little thing that does not go as planned. The input gear does not want to go far enough on the output shaft that is on the ZF 4hp22. Is there a different output shaft for a lt230? The splines are all very smooth still.. But the input shaft is not going far enough in
  14. Had a quick look on google, between 6 and 12 euro, so prettie cheap😁
  15. It read's like it's the liner of the torch. And the bumper looks good.. Very sturdy. The bend bit of the chassis leg, can you give it some relief cut's, pull it straight and weld it again?
  16. Whahahaha... the reason why there is a auto behind my Mazda... But that has it's own set of hurdle's 😁
