Are there any set figures in the green bible for how long the stop screw whould be sticking out ?

Any idea what needs adjusting ? When the pedal hits the stop on the bulkhead, the throttle spindle is up against the stop on the pump. The diaphram and star wheel have already been turned 90 degrees.

Thats no excuse, i've got plenty of pics from night time laning trips

It's had new battery-chassis and starter-chassis earth wires, and cleaned back the fixing points, this cured the problem for a few months. Prior to that, replacing the electrical shut off switch cured it for a few months too.

Untill last week i though i had finally got rid of a long term electrical gremlin when i last cured it over 6 months ago, but it's returned Sometimes , when i turn the ingition key to start, i get a single click from the start solenoid and then the electrical system goes dead, return the key to off, turn again and it starts fine. It's only a random problem and thought i had cured it, obvoiusly not Any ideas where else to look for the cure ?

I've spent many an enjoyable night driving over that lane, much more interesting in the night, especially when the steps are covered in ice and snow Glad to see the Gap still being used whilst it can. Any pics ?

Take the clock out, remove the front glass and manually turn the spools back with a small screwdriver from the front of the clock

I was running twin pipes, but then changed to a single. Yup, defender master/servo into tees to rangie calipers.

yup, if you put the tee's in the right place it'll mean you can run a single flexible pipe to each front wheel.

Thats what i did, new black vinyl and spray contact adhesive. It would be easier to fit another dash if you can get one though.
