Guest mortus
uhmm... this might sound stupid? but why don't you see what fits the hole?
western
Graham '89 110 has the older glass cylinder fuses, your local car parts shop should have them in various ratings. or Halfords [some maybe very slightly longer, but do fit with care, got some in my '89 110's fuse box]
soutie
To confuse the matter my 1989 110 csw had blade type fuses. Best thing to do is to is to check.
western
someone has changed it then as blade fuse box came in with the 300Tdi engined vehicles.
Gromit
someone has changed it then as blade fuse box came in with the 300Tdi engined vehicles. Really? I've blade ones in my 200tdi, and I'd be surprised if they were changed.
Mo Murphy
Blade fuse boxes came with Defender at the start of the 200 Tdi in 1990. It wouldn't surprise me if an 89 had one since most changes are productionised early with the last of the old having parts from the new, like 24 spline diffs on late 200 vehicles. Mark90
I had a very early factory 200tdi CSW that had some parts left over from the earlier models, eg early 4 spoke wheel and column, and that had blade fuses which looked to be factory fit not added/modified at a later date. LandyManLuke
someone has changed it then as blade fuse box came in with the 300Tdi engined vehicles. Huh? my 200tdi has blades, so has every other one i've worked on or looked at.
Darren
You think you've got problems. I took the cover off of the fuse box in my 110 for the first time the other day to be faced with this! Still, at least it has blade fuses, I s'pose
western
OK, I didn't know that 200Tdi vehicles had blade fuses, Mines a 1989 ex-TD with glass ones.
