Hi James,

We have started our cardboard Land Rover cut outs to stick to the side of the Suzuki so we can be accepted ! Only joking, glad to see on other threads that you, Tony & Co enjoyed sundays event and good to get your support. I think Nige is up for this event so book him a space and I get him to call you. If you need the punchs call me on mob

Cheers Russ

Russ,

no cardboard cut outs needed!!! however i may make you stick them on just to make your vehicle wider!

We currently have plans to get some of punches, if it falls through i may be coming running!

Just so everyone else knows Russ is a keen competitor and although we came 2nd (modified) in the last CSW event these guys wiped the floor in a std vehicle! winning overall and the std class by a long way. If you see them about try and hold them up!!!!!!!

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi

I am writing from Malta and I'm new to this forum. Can anyone tell me what it costs to participate in one of these Winch Challenges. I would also like to know the minimum requirements of the vehicle (vehicle regulations) and also the competition reglations.

I have a Defender 90 and i have been participating in Italy and Sicily but the regulations there will definetly vary.

I would like to take part in an event in the UK in the future.

Thanks

Josef

Just wondered if the event is fully booked yet ? and where is it being held , If there is the possibility of a space becoming avalible and my LR is ready ,I wouldnt half mind coming along .

If not ,is it open to spectators.

Cheers Jase

James

what are the regs re tyres etc can you pm me to please.

Tony,

Regs for tyres can be found on csw web site under rules and regs. 36" is tyre size measured by rule not by written tyre size.

regards Russell
