gruntus Posted May 24, 2012 Share Posted May 24, 2012 Gents, Just ready for finishing off painting my roof and noticed that the smooth roofs appear to have some kind of sealer "poured" into the drain channel. Anyone know what it is or anyone use anything else? The roofs silver and will have to seal after its painted. Thanks in advance. gruntus Posted May 25, 2012 Author Share Posted May 25, 2012 mmmm..... I have removed all the old cack out of the gutter and will Tiger Seal/Sikaflex the gutter once the painting is finished.. For the joins that are spot welded on the roof panel has anyone sealed those? I had toyed with the idea of getting the seams tig welded but wasnt sure if the heat would warp it.
