leeds
The nasty Orange company does a rear recovery point which is basically a welded ring on a plate which can be bolted to a rear cross member. Which other more ethically acceptable company does something similar? Regards Leeds

You can buy them from LRS off-road.. rear recovery ring Cheers Steve
FridgeFreezer
Another orange rip-off perhaps we should start an offical thread of "Procucts that are the originals, not orange" or such like so people can buy from the people that actually designed the thing. BogMonster
Another orange rip-off perhaps we should start an offical thread of "Procucts that are the originals, not orange" or such like so people can buy from the people that actually designed the thing. Somebody suggested that a while ago but I don't think it ever happened? Eg. Saggy springs were invented by Land Rover in 1970 for the driver's side of the original Range Rover
LandyManLuke
with the amount of stuff sold by SR, but made by WVH holdings (now safari-equip), the list would be pretty long....
Les Henson
Is that fitted in place of where you would mount ball hitch, dixon plate, etc? One either end of the crossmember would be ok, but a bit limited otherwise. NATO hook is always good - stops nasty boy racers in their tracks and are generally indestructable. Les. Pete Attryde
I think you'll find that the 'orange' company is 'scorpion racing'. who seem to like spraying stuff orange and or allowing the british climate turn it orange on it's own. Hth Pete.
