both myself and jon white run lt77's mated to series t/box, its the series g/box that is the weak link, t/box are well strong enough.

also have slightly larger intercooler than standard now aswell, well actually its twice as big as standard

a slightly different install to mine, i run mine through series rad

can tig it or mig it, need nylon liner for migging it though, as already said argon aswell. tig is much nicer
