Not much done today as on nightshift Pieces for door cut You get the idea Cleaning up then welding together, but not today Regards Stephen

It does'nt age harden but it does work harden, compressing the copper washer every time it is tightened up is work hardening, annealing the washer will soften it to allow it to compress easier again regards Stephen

Had a bit play with spool welder running aluminium wire this morning That's not good Polarity change and some fine tuning with settings inside corner, you can see it didnt start great due to using the settings i had for the outside corner, upped the power a bit and the rest of the weld much better well happy, just means it will be easier than tig when doing on vehicle repairs Regards Stephen
