  9. Maybe not quite.... As it sits at the moment I have 16" clearance under the lowest point in diff, 22" under lowest point of chassis and 24" under main chassis rails a wee bit of improvement over a standard lightweight....... Regards Stephen
  10. If you cannot get any you could make some by buying some 7/16 threaded bar available in 36" lengths and welding a 7/16 unc nut onto one end regards Stephen

  13. Not familiar with the door, does it have the button that pops up when door is unlocked, if so you could try and hook something into it and pull it up to release catch, drill a small hole in the top and put a self tapper in so you have something to pull off Regards Stephen

  15. So in-between the little fellas playing and naps I managed to get door top fitted Couple of recycled door top bolts modified Fitted Tried for fit Sorted and fitted "Just like that"............lol Regards Stephen
  16. You may have noticed I've slowed down a wee bit, change of priority at the moment due to this little guy joining the family regards Stephen
  17. Unfortunately any diff locking device will not guarantee not getting stuck in those conditions... Regards Stephen

Are your welders grinding the crack out into a v shape so you get full depth penetration also you could think about adding some heavy box section similar to what the military do to their axles to increase the strength of the axle case I would also consider a winch for self recovery, should get you out of more situations than a locker, a decent winch and ground anchor system with a couple of rope extensions would have probably freed you of the rivers clutches Regards Stephen
