Pan hard rod roughly put together and Bolted up tight Time for a bit of flexing Now the other side nothing touching as yet, will need to do the same at front but cannot yet due to snow that is left regards Stephen -

Last one done then you get another issue cannot fit reserve reservoir like this Because steering shaft is in the way so will need to relocate both elsewhere regards Stephen -
One thing I did notice my breakages became few and far between when I fitted a Salisbury back axle to my lightweight regards Stephen

You must have loads of new and second hand outlets in the States, anything Lincoln, Mi!ler, Cebora, Snap on will be good (at the ampage you are looking at) if your seeking advice on make, Euro torch fitment is the way to go in my opinion regards Stephen

How much drop do you get with the portal boxes ? and also interesting that the drop is angled instead of straight up and down like Mog or Volvo portal axles, therefore losing a wee bit of axle clearance Regards Stephen

Front nearside shocker fitted, had to make some room in wing for braided hose also ran out of aluminium so had to make top spacers out of stainless regards Stephen -

You can have all the trick diffs you want, they are still not guaranteed to get you out, even if you got stuck before you engaged them, ask me how I know... I've said it before, I would have well equipped self recovery system before any trick axle gadgets because this will allow you to get out or progress if you want to Regards Stephen -

I agree with most of this ^^^^^^ For me as I gained in confidence when learning to off road, my vehicle became less able This is when the modifications started on what was a bog standard lightweight, bigger tyres first..and then here we are, coils, lockers, front and rear winches and now portals My lightweight is my toy, not my daily driver, therefore it gets pushed to and beyond its limits sometimes resulting in damage ( quite often when doing modified trials with fiddle brakes ) just to see how far through or over I can get @Escape is correct some of us seek the limits of our personal abilities, be that driving fast, offroading, exercising, electronics, modifying our vehicles etc, it's what makes us tic Regards Stephen -

I will let you know after I've done some real world testing, goes up to 150psi so I'm hopeful, Sid will not need it as he has on-board air Regards Stephen
