I mask it off, put a bead of Sikaflex in then dip my finger in white spirit and smooth down the bead, the Sikaflex will not stick to the white spirit on your finger. A long seam may require to dip your finger a couple of times. Remove the masking tape and smooth over again as above, job done. Regards Stephen -

Trouble is tyres are still well on the ground, 5' would be better but I think limiting straps are the solution Regards Stephen -

Try out time One high lift jack Works champion you will have noticed there is an issue here... jack is too short to lift wheels off the ground..... gonna have to look at some straps to limit travel when I need to use the high lift Regards Stephen -

Not bearing failure, bearings are bottom half brass only no top with a constant oil feed, the break pattern on the roller shaft suggests its being flexing and cracking over a period of time regards Stephen

Was that Masons works near Ipswich ? Production has stopped for at least a week in order to repair regards Stephen

Looks like Fatigue, you can see shading where its been cracking, not easy to find with NDT as its snapped about 40mm inside the roller regards Stephen
