  15. Thanks Was setting up to cut material away from a piece of railtrack to make a small anvil, it sheared during the setting up process, had not even started cutting Regards Stephen

So went to use my shaper the other day and the shaft that supports the large drive gear sheared the flange and shaft are made from one piece of cast iron decided to make in steel to save a lot of wasted material I made components separately and welded together Completed holes drilled and tapped and new shaft installed, working like a good one again Regards Stephen

  22. I'm not a light user, I've had very long life with Hitatchi and Makita professional, same as you, other brands don't last me very long Regards Stephen
