Just to close this out, engine now running and smoke free, sounds like one of the tappets needs some mild adjustment, but other than that I'm very happy Regards Stephen

My Cebora mig welder was playing up again, think this may of had something to do with it new set up now fitted and much better Regards Stephen

A small but essential repair on the turbo A cut down clevis pon with a slitting disc groove cut into it for an e clip Pin.welded on e clip fitted and sorted regards Stephen

Thanks Was setting up to cut material away from a piece of railtrack to make a small anvil, it sheared during the setting up process, had not even started cutting Regards Stephen

So went to use my shaper the other day and the shaft that supports the large drive gear sheared the flange and shaft are made from one piece of cast iron decided to make in steel to save a lot of wasted material I made components separately and welded together Completed holes drilled and tapped and new shaft installed, working like a good one again Regards Stephen
