Mog 404 axles

Fitted the radiator onto my front panel, intercooler set up First off folded some 3mm aluminium to the shape I required slid into place, very neat fit Small gap between radiator and intercooler close but not touching power steering box I could retake pictures in daylight if anybody wants me too looking to add a steel supporting bracket under aluminium brackets to give more support as aluminium flexing a wee bit with the weight, which will only get heavier once filled with coolant regards Stephen -

How long to order brake lines really.......... He was in a very good mood today, discussed everything from politics to gender, but after about an hour we discussed what I needed. Expect to get my brake lines next week For those who haven't dealt with Llama 4x4, David is a sound bloke, my first time of dealing with him and it won't be my last regards Stephen Edit, just to add, very reasonably priced, one happy customer -

LT230 tc grinding and clunking noise
Stellaghost replied to The_rayess's topic in International Forum
It could certainly create a grinding noise, also check your lt230 output shaft for play, possibly upload a soundtrack of the noise your experiencing for people to listen to. Did you check the prop shaft joints/greased them ? what vehicle is it regards Stephen -
Never had a 3.9 but if it has been ok without one and factory spec doesn't require it I would just build it up @Bowie69 is pretty well clued up on V8 engines, he may offer some sage advice regards Stephen

Learnt a hard lesson today, don't trust what your told and measure regardless So this Has now been cut off and turned into this Why ? Well this intercooler is obviously not for a 200 tdi and I should have measured up because when trying to put things together boxed section was well in the way to allow radiator to be installed, not happy with myself !! Sorted now so I'm relatively happy again regards Stephen -

LT230 tc grinding and clunking noise
Stellaghost replied to The_rayess's topic in International Forum
You mentioned fitting a lift kit, have you or anybody done anything else, if the prop shaft angles are unequal this could create noise through the universal joints regards Stephen -
A friend of ours does that, has panel on a long lead so can be positioned to best effect, easy to alter to track the sun Regards Stephen

Just sticking to where Ross was going, is there room under the rack where you could have panels that slide out to the sides of rack from underneath, they could then slide back in and locked into position until they were required again regards Stephen

Small job tonight, new brackets and some basic shrouding for my kenlow fan, old brackets no good due to addition of intercooler First some easy steelwork then the easy shrouding so easy to cut with a bandsaw Regards Stephen -
