  1. Was using it, put it down, picked it up and wouldn't run, changed batteries, wouldn't run, left it a day ran for several cuts and just stopped, then it just wouldn't run full stop regards Stephen
  2. Had mine 3 yrs and not worked hard or dropped, I appreciate that looking on forums makes it seem like there is an issue, I'm sure it's not as bad as it seems but I'm not taking the risk regards Stephen
  3. New circular saw through the post today my milwaukee one just stopped working, looking on various forums this seems to be a problem with the 18v milwaukee saw so I got this 36v makita instead hopefully it will last longer than the milwaukee one I had regards Stephen
  4. Hi and welcome to the forum Not familiar with Freelanders at all but it does not sound like a wheel bearing to me. If the noise is there only when accelerating I would check your fan belt and items associated with it ie: alternator, water pump etc, when your accelerating your putting more load on components, check belt tension, take belt off and spin water pump, alternator etc to see if you can hear any roughness in the bearings. If you have a wheel bearing failing the noise would be there most of the time and would get worse when turning as load on bearing would increase regards Stephen

  14. So it is, I was told mine was an Alisport, but who knows really, not that it matters I can fine tune positioning / fixing points with the tig if needed. Looking at that price, mine was a bargain, so even less reason to complain regards Stephen
