  15. I can make alignment spacers, the bush I made is just to see where I'm at when I start flexing again. As it stands at the moment I don't know what sort of movement to expect off the pan hard rod, which is why the bush is probably way longer than it needs to be Does it move that much where it requires misalignment spacers.?? Some info on that would be good regards Stephen

  18. Looking at your prop shaft at the diff end, it does not look fully welded, this will also affect your prop shaft at speed, if welded fully as even as possible, this will give a more even distribution of weight and less chance of it being too out of balance. An out of balance prop shaft will vibrate and produce noise regards Stephen
  19. Probably not the wisest thing to say considering your on temporary secondment to my team this week .............lol Be quite entertaining looking at a graduate engineer hanging from his ankles 100' up from a cement silo top........ Regards Stephen
  20. Not as yet, don't know how much twist I will get on the rose joint, Bush is too long at the moment so I can put sleeves over if necessary regards Stephen

  22. Small job so far tonight Original holes in very poor condition So this will cut the old pieces out leaving a 1/2" flange, then I will rivet these sections on, I can worry about making new wings / headlight boxes at some point in the future regards Stephen
