I got pulled over by vosa, for having a straight through exhaust, and he was not so happy , i got to replace one or both of my silencers, but i asked him if it was ok just to replace one, and he was happy enough long as it makes it quieter, so would replacing the end pipe with one with a backbox make it quiter enough to make them happy? got 10days to get it mot`d or i cant drive it.

Heater motor Cold/hot select cable New rear numberplate as its cracked and mot soon sort wipers out sort my air filter and the breather pipe Rockercover gasket needs replacing put bolts on seats put a electric fan on sort temperature guage plumb boostguage in clean my windscreen from the blood and grime from mucky fingers get a snorkel so i can wire my spots in i thinks theres a few more on my list but thats it for now.

i thought its just as illegal as runnin red diesel as there isnt the same tax paid on it?

if you change your hoses i would get braided ones, there an improvement

when i fitted a disco 200tdi in to my 90, i didnt refit the heat sheild and i have suffered no ill effects as of yet.

i got mine middle of decemeber only had chance to fit the right one as it has snowed and cold ,the right one is a very snug fit, lookin forward to warmer day to get the other fitted, i ordered green but he sent black insted was helpful and was willing to send the correct ones but i just kept the black ones. sound chap on the phone.

i bought a pair from there ebay shop,, took 2 weeks for delivery,, really well made,,

Do disco 2 ( steel wheels) have a different pcd to older disco 1/ defender ?

'crclifford' are those original bulbs in those td5 dash or led? there rather bright? cheers

AP / Borg and beck - what i have just put in mine,, seems nice and doesnt slip,, lots of good opinions on them, but 90 had a valeo in it not sure of age and looked like it had loads of life in it and disco that i got 200tdi engine for my transplant had a valeo also you can get heavy duty ones from valeo,, i would stay away from britpart. Also get a reinforced clutch fork.

i find that tesco fuel doesnt go very far and also morrisons doesnt go as far, BP gets more miles to gallon.. must be all the different additives they use.

i replaced my rear seal and i also replaced, the seal that goes behind the flywheel housing.

hi, do i need to undo the bolts at both ends of the prop shafts? or can i just do the front of the gearbox and the diff end of the rear prop shaft then just move it back? so i can get to the clutch and flywheel so i can change the rear seal cheers
