  4. Sorry you seem to mis understand me, by that i meant i wouldnt normal care that they didnt supply them, but the fact it is only a lap belt you would have thought that something like that would have been included purely to make sure you do add them to make it more secure. My plan is tomorrow to phone a few blacksmiths and see what they can do for me
  5. Thats what confused me it is a company that is not far from me that deals in landrover parts, Very good catalogue. And they have told me that there seat belts dont include a spreader plate. Which i thought would have been part of the kit as it is needed. Wouldn't normally care but it is only a lap belt should i have someone in the back

  13. The oil looks clean enough on the dipstick and there is no sign of water on the inside of the oil filler cap. Not sure how to check compression There is no smoke on start up, havent noticed anything on the rear sump but will go under and have a look, Where abouts is the bell housing still new to all this mechanic stuff LOL
  14. Quick Question for you all here, Checked the oil and water on the landy about 3 weeks ago and both were very low now since then i have probably done about 1500 miiles. I checked them again this morning and whilist the water was low it was not that bad but the oil is lower than it should be. Have had a look round the engine bay and there are no obvious signs and there are no puddles where she has been sat. It runs on LPG as well, notsure if this could cause it but has anyone got any ideas or is this just a landrover thing
