  3. I got a Waeco CF-50 as new for £150 and a CF-40, not quite as good for £100. Collected both as both were not that far from me Paul
  4. I have been told the TRO has been lifted. So it will be open again from Sunday. Paul
  5. Well it stil has the Road Closed signs at the bottom, but not at the top. It is drivable as it has sort of self repaired. Just need to look af the TRO is listed on the Wrexham CC web site. Paul
  6. Well I am a lorry driver and I do about 2000 miles a week. Worse driver are city drivers. But yes I do flash my lights to let people know it is ok to pull infront of me. Just tinkles me off when people over take then slow down to a speed slower than I was going when they passed me. Also the amount of people who do not know that a lorry can only do up to 40 mph on a single carrageway road. Paul
  7. Well just had my renewal and my insurance has drope by £50 Paul

  9. Just to add, there is a TRO in force, as the signs show. Most people would take the signs to say when it is CLOSED. So when it is not closed most people would take it as open? Paul
  10. It will only get proved if it ever gets to court. The problem is noone is getting that far. It is on the list of streets as a UCR. Paul
  11. Well lots of people still use it and will still do so. But if you get stoped then you rist having you 4x4 taken off of you. If you can prove it is legal to use then your ok. I do not know of anyone that than can yet!! Paul
  12. Stephen, try saveing them as rxf files. Other than that there is a program that will convert them, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it is called, sorry. Paul
  13. Just do not ask Powys county council as they will tell you it is closed and has been for years. Drive it at your own risk. Paul

  15. Well out today laneing I run Cooper STTs and my mate runs BFG MT km2s. I got a grass bane okish, he had to take a few goes at it. Now they are on the same type 4x4. So it was the tyres or driver! Paul

  19. Only problem with the Maxxis tyres is when I had them they lost about 1mm of tread about 1100-1200 miles. Paul
