WHAT A BEAST!!! it will CUT 30mm plate and sever cut 35mm.
This is 12mm plate it cuts that as fast as you move the torch.So if any one wants any plates cut just yell.

Storage is in the rear bulk head if you look in the "Tray back update" thread you will see the pics of the nearly finished locker.As for the spare it will live on the bottom of the cage stays right above the winch with the waffle boards slotted in around.

I always use a sealent called "THREE BOND" it,s made in Japan and sold through Subaru dealers cost is around £10 a tube BUT this IS the real deal FAR FAR better than RTV,PAPER & GREASE.

Got to TRY and stay in front,tray backs arnt a new idea just there isnt many over here yet.The main 2 reasons for doing it where to firsty save on body damage but also to save a great deal of weight.

What sort of flow and presure do you need,i will prob have pumps in the workshop that will do the job.Even if you go the "motorsport pump route" i could get them you alot cheaper than that.

I hope you do some form of stress analysis,or it will be a pile of scrap again I wouldnt know what to suggest as i havent got a clue about metal,welding,bending or anything come to think of it .

The rear lights are just within 400mm of the out side,depends on how stretchy the tape measure is
