So you are complaining about something that a company used to make at some point in the past?

That does look worlds away (better) then the type I remember - and I too didn’t realised they’d changed design 👍🏻

Perhaps a little more awkward for some of the other pipework - but loads better for the exhaust.

To be honest, I remember their earlier stuff looked way worse, but I am talking about 10yrs plus. New one looks great
andy _1
God that generated alot of debate, mines just straight out and down with a 90 exhaust bend to couple to a 200 tdi downpipe cut. Cost £18

Anderzander
It does look neat ! Super long studs look to justify a power tool to take it off though 😀
reb78
It does look nice and very simple compared to the contorted stuff pictured before.... Is it a little close to the clutch pipe (think thats the one directly behind it?)? Are you planning a heatsheild/move the pipe?

Yes it is close they move the pipe round the corner , there is very little room. That's all the room you have. I see what happens . If it fine there It will stay if not I'll move it. reb78
Fair enough. You get the same issue down by the slave cylinder with the standard setup and some people have heatsheilds, some not but the problems dont seem to be one or the other so it could be fine. miketomcat
On our 90 (Steve Parker exhaust) I wrapped the clutch pipe in a bit of plumbers heat mat then taped it up with foil tape. Never had any issues. Mike
